Yes, I too am sad that Darrel was the first to comment. I love the movie Signs. I am going to guess, and I mean GUESS, that number one is Jumper, but it could be many other movies. Joe, can I guess again if I am wrong?
#10 might be Rise of the Silver Surfer, hopefully, maybe.

Sheri, you are correct. Xan, you need to follow the rules. Only one guess per 24 hours. Therefore, you are only getting credit for Horton Hears a Who. That was a correct guess.

Jamie, good guess, but Joe has never seen that movie. Since you guessed incorrectly, you may guess again. #2 is from a movie that I know you and Jon have seen. It is the first in a series of movies.

I think number 5 is from HOOT. The funny thing is I have never seen that movie. But it has played on the DVD player in my card for hours with the kids in the back, so I have heard the movie a lot but have never seen it.
Oooh - this is going to bug me all day. I didn't think Joe would've seen that movie, and there is a version of that quote in that movie (or the 2nd one) so I took a chance. I know I recognize #2, but I just can't place it. Darn it!

You should give credit to Jon for X-Men. I'm not sure I would ever have figured it out. He was at work and couldn't get online to guess it himself. I wish I knew the other two, though...

Looking at the comments now I realize that xan had already guessed that one but did not get credit for it. I can honestly say that I did not read his comment until after I made the guess. Whether or not you give me credit for it, I'll leave that up to you.
Come on Joe, I think you should let me vote. I think I'm the only one that is going to get #8. And, I would have gotten it anyway, even if I didn't know what it was ahead of time. I love that movie. I really don't think anyone else here has seen it.

Adam actually guessed the last one, only not on line. It was at the Easter picnic, we were telling him about the blogging trivia games. He wanted to play, so Joe, told him the quote, and he knew exactly where it was from.
He is the one that introduced me to the book (which was made into a movie), it's one of his favorites too.
I'm waiting for Joe to give him credit for it.
