In Loving Memory Of Joseph Barbosa...

Mon- Who the heck is Joseph Barbosa??? Monday was Memorial day. We had a BBQ at my Grandma's. We also went swimming. After that we had rootbeer floats. I had a blast.

Tues. - Tuesday, we watched Alvin and the Chipmunks at school. I love that movie. Jared gave us tickets to the Diamondbacks baseball game tonight. Me and Dad and Dallin went. I saw my boy scout leader there. I got to eat pizza at the game.

Wed. - Wednesday was the last day of school. We watched Narnia. This is a picture of me after school on my last day. Wednesday, my dad and I also had guitar lessons. I learned Green Day, "When I Come Around." Also on Wednesday was Adam's graduation. He had a party that night at Grandma's house.

Thurs. - Thursday was my end of the school year party. I got to invite some friends from school. Dallin, Alex and Michael came to. We went swimming, ate pizza, played video games and watched a movie outside in the front yard. It was from 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. I have the best mom ever!

Fri. - Friday Ben and Max came over to play. It was fun.

Sat. - Saturday Dallin and I cleaned Grandma's basement and toy room. They were dirty. Your welcome Grams! I mowed her front and back lawn. It was stinkin' hot. Later Dallin helped me fix my bike and we rode to the park. While we were there, we followed this girl everywhere. I saw her face and she was freaked out.

Sun. - Sunday was fast Sunday. I don't know what it was today, but it was harder than usual to fast. I lasted 19 hrs and 30 min. Dinner was awesome!

I can't wait!!! My family gets to go to California with Sheri's family and Grandma, SOON! My family even gets to go to Disneyland. We are staying at Embassy Suites!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAH!!!!!!!!

My week in review

Mon- Monday was my cousin Alex's baseball game. At the game, I got a lime shaved ice. It was Delicious!

Tues- Tuesday was just like any other day. I went to school, did homework, and went to grandma's. Whoopdedoo.

Wed- Wednesday, Joshua and my mom came to pick me up from school. He was funny in the back seat. After that, we played trains at grandma's. That night I had scouts. We played a frisbee game and my team won!


Thurs - Thursday, It rained A LOT! I was so happy. My mom and I went for a walk in the rain. We went almost all the way to Kohl's and back.


Fri - Friday, we played outside a lot. I even got to ride Dallin's bike. I also got to play with Josh. He is so cute. That night, Dallin spent the night at my house. We got Sobe's, played PS3, and went on the computer. Dallin updated his blog. You should check it out.

Sat - Saturday, Mom took Mikey, Nate, Jacob, Dallin and I to see Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. IT ROCKED!!! Afterwards, Dallin and I went to play at Grandma's. Alex, Michael, and I went swimming. It was cold.

Sun - Sunday, we are all sick. It is suckish. It was also really boring. I'll be blogging again next Sunday, peace out!

Catching Up...

Ok, I know I haven't blogged in a while, so here you go.

Mon.- This monday, we put on a play at school. It was about comedy called Lighten Up. Each class did their own song or skit. We also did songs together. This is some of my class doing our song. My Grandma and Grandpa came to see it. So did my parets. I had fun.

Tues.- Tuesday it was cloudy, nice, and gorgeous. I loved it! I also finished Percy Jackson and the Olympians Book 4. It is called The Battle Of The Labyrinth. It was my favorite book out of the series! I can't wait til' book 5 comes out.

Wed.- Wednesday, my dad and I started our first guitar lesson. We are Sharing lessons with Tricia, my aunt. We get every other Wednesday. I have the best Guitar teacher in the world. His name is Matt Vandal. H e ROCKS! My mom makes me practice 20 min a day, but I don't mind. I can already play 5 songs: Spy Hunter, Smoke on the Water, Beethoven's 4th, Jaws, and Darth Vader's Theme song. I am SO proud of myself! I can't wait what I'll learn nextThurs.- Thursday it rained for 5 whole min! YAY! It was beautiful. We haven't had rain for so long and we needed it BADLY!!! I wished it would've rained longer, but I'll take what I can get. I am sooooooooo happy!


Fri.- Friday I went to Hamilton pool for Hamilton Prep's family night. My cousin Dallin goes there. Dallin went off with his friends and Michael ( Dallin's 10 year old brother) had no one to play with, so his mom invited me to come. We had a BLAST! after that, I got to go over to his house for a little bit, until my mom and dad came to get me, but I still had fun.

Sat.- Saturday I mowed grandma's lawn for money to buy a toy I wanted. It was really hard, especially the back yard with all the obstacles and watching my cousins swim in ice-cold water while I was sweating like a pig. I got to swim after I was done mowing the lawn. After swimming, I washed my mom's car for MORE money. It was hard work, but it payed off whileI was wearing my Iron Man Mask( the toy I wanted)

That night, my dad and I took Michael and Paul to the ASU baseball game. While we were waiting for it to start, Michael and I went by the dugout and got 7 peoples signatures! IT WAS AWSOME! After the game, we went to Lucilles for dinner. I got the baby back ribs with fries and cooked veggies. I was delicious!

My trip to Cali... again

For myB-Day this year, my mom took Adam and I to California. Grandma let us stay in her condo. So Saturday, March 1st, we headed off to Cali. We got to the condo( which was right on the beach) around 7:30 Cali. time.

The next morning( Sunday) Grandma and I left to see how to get to the beach. We couldn't get in the water because it was Sunday. We went to church.

After church, we grabbed our books and chairs and read on the beach.

After a few hours on the beach, we went back to the condo. When we got back, grandma wanted to show us the coolest tree ever. For pictures of the tree, look below. You don't get the full effect, but it's still pretty cool. We decided that it was my cousin Max's tree because his name was carved into it.

After we saw the tree, my mom grabbed a chair and book and watched the sunset...on the padio! While mom was doing that, Adam and I went to the game room and played pool. When we got back to our room, grandma had burnt our pizza. We had burnt pizza for dinner, but since we were so hungry, it didn't taste too bad. We had a family home evening lesson and strawberry shortcakes for dessert. We went to bed early so we could get up early to go to Disneyland(which was an hour a way).

This is Max's tree.

We started our day at California Adventure. We went straight to Tower Of Terror. I wasn't really feeling well(probably because I got up at 6 every morning) so I sat out with grandma.

The next ride we went on was monsters' inc. Can you tell wich one of these monsters is Adam? After Monsters' inc. we went on Soarin' Over California and the Grizzly Raft Ride. I swear, every time my mom goes on the Grizzly Raft Ride, she gets soaked from head to foot. After that, we( Adam and I) went on Screamin', because I was feeling better. Then, we headed off to get lunch in Disneyland.

Anyway, after lunch, we went on Matterhorn, Space Mountain, Buzz Lightyear and Star Tours. We unfortunately didn't go on the Rockets. We headed over to Adventureland to go on Indiana Jones and Pirates. Jungle Cruise was broken down. After that, we hit The Haunted Mansion twice because there was no line.


They updated the ride so it was cooler, but still no where near as cool as when it is Jack the Pumpkin King Style.

After that, we went over to Splash Mountain, but didn't go on it because the line was to long. Instead, mom made us go on Whinnie the Poo becuase she loves it.

Next, we were off to get Pineapple ice-cream and ride thunder Mountain. We went our separate ways, grandma to the bathroom, Adam to the magic shop, and mom and I went back to Thunder Mountain. Mom and I also went to the Indiana Jones Shop where I got a cool-looking cowboy hat.

We decided to skip the parade and left to go eat at Red Lobster. I had crab legs, of course.

The next day, we went to the beach again. It was freeeezing, but we still gave mom some time to sit on the beach. Mom was nice and let us go to the swimming pool instead.

It was heated! While we were there, 2 old ladies decided to do their exercises. One of them was about to back stroke into me, but the other lady calmly said: "Watch out for that young lady." I looked around to see who the young lady was and I realized she was talking about me. That's it, swimming is over! Time for a haircut.

We saw lots of wildlife there, had many adventures, such as the 30 minute trip to find a McDonalds, and lots of fun! We came home on Tuesday. That's it for my trip.

Tag, I'm It....AGAIN

I have been taged to write 3 embarrasing things about me. I hope you... ENJOY, HAHAHA.

1. When I was two years old, I had an accident. We were at the mall with Sheri and Tiffany. They had just gone to get lunch and left my mom in charge of Alex, Tayler and me. About two minutes later, I told my mom that I had to pee. She kept telling me that I had to wait until Sheri and Tiffany got back, and that she couldn't leave the other kids at the table. So... I left my mark. You know? When your a two year old, just potty trained, you might have an insident or two. You don't have much self control.

2. One time at Disneyland, I was enjoying a nice ice-cream. Or was it a cookie? Anyway, when I was done with it, I threw it awaytheend.....I'm just kidden'. I had a few crumbs left over. So, like being a kid, you wipe your face on your mom's shirt. I did that exact thing. " Mom"I started. But when I looked up, It was Tricia. Everyone was laughing. " I meant to do that" I whispered quietly.

3. And for the grand finale...again... I got caught cheating on someone's paper in front of the whole class in 2nd grade. I am hanging my head in shame as I type this message, ( Literally, I am).

Tag, I'm it

1. First things first. In my ten years of being alive, I've been to a bar. My dad left me in one to go to the bathroom. It was NOT fun. Everyone stared at me. And to top that, I was about six or seven.

2. I am obsessed with my hair. My mom is always wanting me to cut it. I don't know what it is. My hair is just so COOL.

3.I am very creative. I do anything that involves my imagination: Draw, write, read, etc. Sometimes, my mom sais that she can see my wheels turning in my head.

4. I have met Jeffry R. Holland. As I was only a baby at the time, I do not remember it, but it still counts. It was pretty cool.

5. I once uttered the words " I wish I was a woman". It was five years ago. My mom was going to women's conference, and I wanted to go with her.

6. For the grand finale( da da da da), I got sent to the Principal's office on my first day in 1st grade for punching someone in the stomach. He was askin' for it. Later on, he became one of my best friends.
